Brooke Henderson should've asked for a bigger trophy case for Christmas.
The golfer is the winner of the Bobbie Rosenfeld Award as The Canadian Press female athlete of the year. It's the third time in the last four years Henderson has taken home the trophy.
The 21-year-old won twice on the LPGA Tour last season, including a victory on home soil where she became the first Canadian to win the CP Women's Open in 45 years.
Henderson received 30 of 54 votes, edging out figure skater Katelyn Osmond and short-track speedskater Kim Boutin, who gained 10 votes apiece.
