Paris - Paris Saint-Germain missed the chance to seal their sixth Ligue 1 title in seven years for the second week running on Sunday after a 5-1 hammering at second-placed Lille, their biggest league defeat in 10 years.

A comical Thomas Meunier own goal got the hosts on their way after six minutes, and despite Juan Bernat's leveller soon after, PSG -- who had to play with 10 men for nearly an hour -- were blown away by second-half goals from Nicolas Pepe, Jonathan Bamba, Gabriel and Jose Fonte.

Despite their worst loss since going down 4-0 at Bordeaux in 2009, Thomas Tuchel's side are still 17 points clear of their hosts with a game in hand and odds-on to retain the title.
