Arsenal defender Rob Holding could miss the rest of the season after rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.

The north London side confirmed in a statement Friday that the injury - which Holding suffered in a 2-2 draw with Manchester United - will require six to nine months of rehabilitation.

More to come.
