Who's in? Who's out? Champions League squad changes confirmed

On Monday, squad changes were confirmed for the Champions League, as the tournament's round-of-16 contenders had their alterations approved. All clubs were allowed to register a maximum of three new footballers by the deadline of midnight on Thursday, including one player who was fielded by another club in the group stage of another UEFA club competition.
