It seems each time Cristiano Ronaldo scores a goal, another record is broken. Indeed, with a goal against Borussia Dortmund, Ronaldo has done it again, taking his tally to nine goals and becoming the first player to score in all six group-stage matches in the Champions League in a single season.
The Real Madrid star scored twice against APOEL in his side's opener, then hit another brace in Germany against Dortmund. He notched a goal in each of his team's matches against Tottenham, added another double at APOEL in the reverse fixture, before rounding off his scoring with another strike against Dortmund at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Still, for the Portuguese icon, scoring hasn't always come easy this year. Ronaldo has struggled to find the back of the net regularly in La Liga, scoring just twice in 10 league appearances.
