The welterweight bout between Danny Garcia and Errol Spence Jr. originally scheduled for this past January has a new date.

Garcia and Spence agreed to a deal, with the fight tentatively scheduled for November, reports Mike Coppinger of The Athletic, who adds the fight could be moved to a later date, as regulations regarding fan attendance may change amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The bout was originally canceled due to Spence's involvement in a car crash in Dallas in October. The unified welterweight champion was taken to hospital and sustained minor injuries after his Ferrari flipped several times.

Spence (26-0, 21 KOs) hasn't fought since the crash.

Garcia (36-2, 21 KOs) wound up fighting Ivan Redkach instead and won via unanimous decision.
