The rules for the exhibition bout between Floyd Mayweather and kickboxing prodigy Tenshin Nasukawa were announced Thursday.

Mayweather and Nasukawa attended a media day Thursday in Las Vegas to promote the bout.

"I love competing against fighters from all walks of life ..." Mayweather said Thursday, according to Marc Raimondi of MMAFighting.com. "It's all about entertainment. Nine minutes of entertainment. It's going to be amazing.

"I'm in the entertainment business. That's what I go out there to do. I love to do this. I'm working out to put on a show for three rounds."

The exhibition is set for Rizin 14 on Dec. 31 in Japan.
