Inter Milan's Mauro Icardi reportedly hires wife as agent

Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi has reportedly decided to fire his longtime agent and instead allow his wife, Wanda Nara, to handle his business.

Abian Moreno, who had represented Icardi for more than a decade, said in an interview with Argentinian radio station Radio Uno that his contract was not renewed in the summer.

Moreno confirmed that Nara would take over.

The two married in 2014, only months after Nara's bitter divorce from former teammate Maxi Lopez. Icardi has tattoos of the three children Nara had with Lopez, according to CNN.

The couple are not shy about posting photos on social media.

Reports in Italy earlier this year suggest the plan to make Nara his agent was well in the works. According to Sky Sport Italia, she had already commandeered negotiations with Inter over a new deal.

The 22-year-old ended up signing an extension with the club until 2019.
