You give, and you apparently get.
Ottawa Senators forwards Curtis Lazar and Mark Stone, who combined to score three goals and four points in Saturday's 6-1 destruction of the Toronto Maple Leafs, believe they're benefiting from good karma.
Lazar told CBC's David Amber that he believes giving money to a homeless man has helped both of the Senators' roommates.
Stone has scored in all three games since his All-Star donation, while Lazar, previously mired in an eight-game scoring drought, scored his fourth and fifth goals after fortuitous bounces yielded empty nets.
Perhaps this is a nightly routine for Erik Karlsson?
