Report: Oilers file for salary arbitration with Justin Schultz

The Edmonton Oilers don't want to overpay for one of their young blue-liners.
The team has filed for salary arbitration against defenseman Justin Schultz, according to TSN's Ryan Rishaug.
Schultz and team can settle before a hearing, so the damaging process doesnt have to take place, but the buyout window is still triggered

Schultz's offensive numbers last season were his lowest since entering the league during the 2012-13 season.
The 25-year-old had six goals and 31 points in 81 games and is coming off a one-year, $3.675-million contract with the club.
