The Anaheim Ducks failed to punch their ticket to the Stanley Cup Final and captain Ryan Getzlaf feels slightly responsible.

Getzlaf addressed the media after Game 6 on Wednesday where he put a large amount of the blame on himself for the 5-2 loss.

"I was terrible," Getzlaf told reporters.

"None of us were good, and it starts with me. I had too many turnovers and mistakes. We need to regroup and get ready," he added.

Forward Patrick Maroon echoed Getzlaf's disappointment, but added some optimism heading into Game 7.

"We weren't very good tonight. But, you know what, Saturday is a new day," Maroon told reporters. "We'll refocus and be much better."

The Ducks dropped another chance to take the series meaning the teams will faceoff in Game 7 to see who has the chance to play for Lord Stanley.
