VIDEO: Ducks' Beleskey pounces on rebound for winner early in OT of Game 5

Anaheim Ducks forward Matt Beleskey was rewarded for going to the net on a rush early in overtime of Game 5 of the Western Conference Final on Monday.
Beleskey and Ryan Kesler entered the offensive zone on an odd-man rush, catching the Chicago Blackhawks in the middle of a line change. Kesler fired a wrist shot that produced a juicy rebound off Blackhawks netminder Corey Crawford and went right to Beleskey, who was all alone to tap the puck home.

The Ducks will have an opportunity to eliminate the Blackhawks in Game 6 in Chicago on Wednesday.
