Lightning's Carle out of Game 4 lineup against Rangers

The Tampa Bay Lightning have been forced to shake things up.
Defenseman Matt Carle, who left Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Final on Wednesday with an undisclosed injury, will not play in Game 4.

Carle, 30, appeared in 16 postseason contests for the Lightning, tallying two assists.
Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reported that Mark Barberio is the likely replacement for Carle.
The 25-year-old Barberio hasn't played since the regular season, last appearing in the Lightning's lineup on April 11 against the Boston Bruins. He recorded one goal and six assists in 52 regular-season games.
