Predators' Forsberg notches hat trick as Sweden routs Austria at World Championship

Nashville Predators forward Filip Forsberg scored a hat trick in Sweden's 6-1 victory over Austria at the World Hockey Championship on Sunday.

Forsberg made it look easy on his third goal, splitting a pair of Austrian defenders and roofing the puck over goaltender Rene Swette.

Forsberg finished with four points, collecting an assist on Anton Lander's goal late in the first period.

The Edmonton Oilers forward returned the favor on Forsberg's third of the game, earning the primary assist.

Sweden temporarily moved to the top of Group A and earned its second win of the tournament after defeating the Czech Republic in a shootout Friday.
