With the Minnesota Wild's 4-1 win over the St. Louis Blues on Sunday, the second round matchups for the Western Conference are set.

Here's how the second round will shape up:

Anaheim Ducks vs. Calgary Flames

  • Corey Perry led the Anaheim Ducks in scoring in the first round against the Winnipeg Jets, tallying three goals and seven points in just four games.

  • Meanwhile, Jiri Hudler led all Calgary Flames skaters in scoring with six points in six games in the team's thrilling 4-2 series win over the Vancouver Canucks
  • The Ducks went 3-1-1 in five games against the Flames this season. However, the Flames have lost their last 20 games at the Honda Center.

Minnesota Wild vs. Chicago Blackhawks

  • Captain Jonathan Toews led the Chicago Blackhawks in scoring during their first-round win over the Nashville Predators. Toews had eight points in six games, which is tops in the league.
  • Zach Parise led the way for the Wild. The 30-year-old had seven points in six games against the Blues.
  • The Blackhawks went 3-2-0 in five games against the Wild this season.
