NHL Draft Lottery to be held Saturday night, Sabres have best chance at No. 1

The wait is almost over!
One of the most anticipated NHL draft lotteries of all-time will be held Saturday, April 18 at 8 p.m. ET, the league confirmed.
The result will be announced before the start of Game 2 between the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers.
The Buffalo Sabres have the best shot at securing the first overall pick.
