The Boston Bruins got a much-needed boost to their lineup Thursday.
Forward David Krejci returned after a lengthy absence from the team. The 28-year-old had been out of the lineup since Feb. 20 with a knee injury.
Krejci was back playing on the top line with Brad Marchand and Patrice Bergeron in the team's 3-2 overtime loss to the Anaheim Ducks. He played 19:45 and had two assists.
He now has seven goals and 28 points in 39 games.
