Ducks' Wisniewski expected to miss 1-2 weeks with bone bruise in foot

The Anaheim Ducks will have to wait to see one of their prized trade deadline acquisitions in action.
Defenseman James Wisniewski, who was acquired in a trade with the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday, will likely be out for at least a week with a bone bruise in his foot.
Wisniewski confirmed he has a bone bruise; said he's about one to two weeks away "or maybe even sooner."

Wisniewski was significantly hobbled following Sunday's loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
He missed Tuesday's 5-3 loss to the Washington Capitals.
The blue-liner registered 29 points in 56 games prior to Monday's trade.
