Penguins' Malkin ahead of schedule, back practicing with team

The Pittsburgh Penguins boasted following Evgeni Malkin's return to practice Saturday that the superstar forward is ahead of schedule in his recovery from a lower-body injury.
He will not play versus the Nashville Predators on Sunday, but is aiming to return during Pittsburgh's West Coast road trip next week.
