The goals came fast and frequently in the final event of the skills competition as Team Foligno emerged victorious following the Shootout Relay.

Team Foligno bested Team Toews 25-19 over the six-event competition, but most of the points were earned in the Shootout Relay, which involved three rounds of seven skaters and one goaltender from each team.

Each round lasted two minutes of teams alternating shooters. Each attempt would begin once the previous one was completed, leading to a constant stream of shots, dekes and saves.

Alex Ovechkin and Dustin Byfuglien scored for Team Foligno in the opening round, while Mike Hoffman, Tyler Seguin, Aaron Ekblad and Shea Weber tallied for Team Toews. Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored twice on Roberto Luongo in the second round, with Jonathan Drouin and Brent Burns also scoring for Team Foligno.

Brent Seabrook and Rick Nash replied for Team Toews in round two and Ryan Getzlaf, John Tavares, Jonathan Toews, Filip Forsberg and Tyler Seguin all scored on Carey Price in a strong final round. Phil Kessel and Steven Stamkos were the only Team Foligno members to score in the closing two minutes, but their team had enough of a lead to coast to victory.
