Jets' Perreault returns to lineup following Carcillo cross check

The Winnipeg Jets hope Mathieu Perreault can pick up where he left off prior to being brutally knocked out of the lineup.
Perreault, injured on a vicious and suspension-worthy cross check delivered by Dan Carcillo of the Chicago Blackhawks, will play Tuesday against the Pittsburgh Penguins, head coach Paul Maurice has announced.
In eight January games prior to the injury, Perreault recorded six goals and four assists, including a four-goal outburst against the Florida Panthers on Jan. 13.
