Devils' Elias tests positive for mumps virus, Havlat cleared

Pete DeBoer might be getting out at the right time. 

New Jersey Devils veteran forward Patrik Elias owns the latest confirmed case of the mumps outbreak, general manager Lou Lamoriello confirmed to reporters Friday. 

Martin Havlat, who underwent evaluation as well, tested negative but will also be absent from the lineup Saturday versus the New York Rangers.
