Sabres' Myers leaves game with undisclosed injury

Buffalo Sabres defenseman Tyler Myers left Saturday's game against the Colorado Avalanche in the second period with an unknown injury, according to John Vogl of the Buffalo News.

Myers appeared to show discomfort in a race for the puck with Avalanche forward Gabriel Landeskog, and he left the ice shortly after.
