Maple Leafs' Polak will have MRI on Sunday; 'out for a while'

The Toronto Maple Leafs will have a clearer picture of Roman Polak's lower-body injury after the defenseman has an MRI on Sunday, but coach Randy Carlyle isn't optimistic.
"Polak will have an MRI tomorrow but he will be out for a while," Carlyle told reporters following Toronto's 4-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings.
Polak is second on the team in ice-time, averaging more than 21 minutes. He also leads Maple Leafs blue-liners in short-handed ice-time.
