Vancouver Canucks rookie and probable Team Canada World Junior Championship team captain Bo Horvat scored the first goal of his NHL career Thursday night against the Anaheim Ducks:

The former London Knight and faceoff ace only played Thursday because of an injury to Canucks winger Alex Burrows and has played sparingly in his time with the club.
Thursday's game was also Horvat's seventh NHL appearance this season, so the club is facing an imminent decision on whether to burn a year of his entry-level contract or send him back to major junior for another season.
