The New York Rangers' power play unit was ranked 25th in the NHL entering Saturday night's game against the Montreal Canadiens, and it didn't take them long to show why that's the case.
After failing to score on their first opportunity with the man advantage, the Rangers got a second power-play chance and promptly allowed Tomas Plekanec to score a shorthanded goal in embarrassing fashion.
