Some will remember Liam Traynor from his appearance on HBO's "24/7: Road To The Winter Classic" featuring the New York Rangers.

Traynor, a 12-year-old with cerebral palsy, came into contact with the Rangers through the Garden of Dreams and its Make A Dream Come True program, which connects children who face obstacles in life with their heroes.

While Traynor's relationship with then-head coach John Tortorella was highlighted on the show, he also formed a bond with defenseman Michael Del Zotto, now of the Philadelphia Flyers.

The pair was recently reunited, and "Beyond The Offseason" was there to witness the impact they have had on each other's lives.

Sometimes it's good to be reminded that there are some good stories out there.
