Steven Stamkos returns for 3rd period after head injury scare

Steven Stamkos appears to have dodged a bullet after leaving Game 3 in the second period on Sunday with what looked like a head injury.

Stamkos went directly to the dressing room after the knee of Montreal Canadiens defenseman Alexei Emelin collided with his head in the later stages of the period. He returned to the ice after the second intermission with the Lightning trailing 2-1.
