Ducks' Andersen will start Game 2 Friday vs. Stars after win in series opener
The Anaheim Ducks will continue to fly or take a nosedive with Frederik Andersen in net against the Dallas Stars.
After stopping 32 of 35 shots in a Game 1 win, Andersen will get the nod again for Game 2, as per Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register.
"[Andersen] played really solid,' Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau told NHL.com of the goalie's performance Wednesday in Game 1. "Anything that he could see that he got in front of, he stopped, and that’s what you ask of a goalie."
Game 2 is set for Friday in Anaheim.
