VIDEO: James van Riemsdyk breaks Maple Leafs record for fastest goal to start period

Entering the second period of Friday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers with a 1-0 deficit, it took the Toronto Maple Leafs all of four seconds to tie the game, courtesy of James van Riemsdyk.
The goal, van Riemsdyk's 29th, made possible by a clean faceoff win by Tyler Bozak, set a new team record for fastest goal to start a period. The previous Leafs record was held by Mats Sundin, who scored six seconds into overtime against the Blues years ago.
