Ducks D Hampus Lindholm: 'We needed s***** goals'
The Anaheim Ducks were in the midst of a three-game losing during which they'd only managed two goals.
The Ducks broke out of their offensive doldrums in advance of the Olympic break on Saturday, however, and beat the Nashville Predators 5-2. So what was different about Saturday's performance? Rookie defenseman Hampus Lindholm has the diagnosis:
Lindholm: "We needed shitty goals. I feel like we were being a little too fancy the last three games and now we got those shitty goals."

Anaheim certainly did get a fortunate bounce or two against Nashville, so Lindholm isn't wrong at least.
