Yzerman will name a replacement forward to Team Canada's roster within 48 hours
On Wednesday evening the news broke that Tampa Bay Lightning superstar Steven Stamkos will be unavailable to compete for Team Canada at the 2014 Winter Olympic games in Sochi, Russia.
With Stamkos lost to Team Canada for the tournament, attention turns to which forward Hockey Canada executive Steve Yzerman should select to replace the prolific sniper. According to Yzerman himself, Canadian hockey fans won't have to wait long for the identity of the replacement forward to be revealed:
