Report: P.A. Parenteau expects to be traded by the deadline

Sportsnet's John Shannon reported Tuesday night on The Insiders segment that Coloardo Avalanche forward P.A. Parenteau is prepared to be traded at the deadline. 

Rumors have swirled about his future with the club and Shannon notes his relationship with head coach Patrick Roy is strained. Roy wants Parenteau's point production to be up, but Parenteau has been moved to a different line playing a different role this season.

Shannon mentioned he expects a deal to be done by the March 5th trade deadline.
