Report: Vanek willing to take less money to play for team of choice
Thomas Vanek appears set to test the free agency waters this summer, but signing the biggest possible deal may not be his top priority.

As Michael Russo of the Star Tribune notes, the Minnesota Wild have long been thought to be Vanek's destination of choice, and he may be willing to accept a lesser deal in order to ensure he ends up where he wants to be.
