Not practicing Tuesday would be a setback for Stamkos

Tampa Bay Lightning forward Steven Stamkos is continuing the difficult process of rehabbing a broken tibia and missed his first practice in Tampa Monday morning. Although the forward and head coach Jon Cooper insisted this was not a setback, a consecutive practice missed would be.

Bob McKenzie of TSN said on TSN radio 1050 Monday afternoon that missing one practice is nothing to worry about, but missing two should be. "Something didn't feel right, didn't feel comfortable... If he can't do the game-day skate with the Tampa Bay Lightning tomorrow, that would be a setback."

McKenzie also mentioned he thinks Stamkos is a 50/50 chance to go to the Olympics given his progress thus far.
