Leafs GM Dave Nonis: Randy Carlyle's job not in jeopardy
In news that will not please a Toronto Maple Leafs' fanbase looking for a scapegoat, general manager Dave Nonis moved to quell speculation today that head coach Randy Carlyle could be on his way out if the team continues to struggle.

Losers of four straight games following a 3-2 defeat at the hands of the Washington Capitals on Friday, the Leafs find themselves on the outside of the Eastern Conference playoff picture looking in, sitting in 10th place.
After a fantastic start to the campaign, Toronto has only recorded two regulation victories in its last 25 games.
Leafs have been at a 69-point pace since their hot October. If that continues, they'll finish with just under 80 points.
