Habs fans not happy with Eakins response to Eller comments; hilarity ensues
Canadiens fans are a passionate bunch and that passion was out in full force following a 4-3 loss to the Oilers on Tuesday. Edmonton coach Dallas Eakins attracted the ire of Habs faithful on Twitter with his post-game remarks about comments made by Canadiens forward Lars Eller.
Some chose to take a shot at his team's record:

Some resorted to time-honoured meaningless phrases like "bush league" to describe Eakins' remarks:

Others used it as an opportunity to question his competency as a coach, which seems slightly premature just 10 games into his NHL coaching career:
If Dallas Eakins needs to use a comment about his team's structure and style of play as motivation to win, he should rethink his career path

And plenty of people simply chose name-calling as their preferred method of venting, calling Eakins a "twit," an "idiot," a "punk," and a "baby," which is exactly what you want to call someone when you're sending angry tweets about a hockey game:
