According to TSN's Bob McKenzie, Tim Thomas' one-year deal with the Florida Panthers is worth $3.75 million after potential bonuses.

Thomas will likely be the Panthers' opening night starter, and their starting goaltender going forward, and if he can regain any semblance of his former greatness, the Panthers may actually be able to contend this year.
