NHL Game Summary - Ottawa at Tampa Bay

Tampa, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Nikita Kucherov had the only goal of the shootout as the Tampa Bay Lightning took a 4-3 win over the Ottawa Senators on Thursday.

Tyler Johnson, Ondrej Palat and B.J. Crombeen all scored for the Lightning, who snapped a five-game home losing streak. Ben Bishop gave up three goals on 36 shots in the win and Victor Hedman posted three assists.

Clarke MacArthur and Erik Karlsson both posted a goal and an assist, with Chris Neil scoring the other goal for the Senators, who have lost three of their last four. Craig Anderson made 35 stops.

Kucherov scored on the first attempt for Tampa Bay, as he quickly moved to the forehand and snapped a shot into the left corner. Bishop then made stops on Mika Zibanejad, Jason Spezza and Kyle Turris for the win.
