NHL Game Summary - Pittsburgh at Vancouver

Vancouver, BC (SportsNetwork.com) - Sidney Crosby scored with 54.2 seconds left in regulation to force overtime and netted the only goal in the shootout to give the Pittsburgh Penguins an improbable 5-4 victory over the Vancouver Canucks.

Crosby and Kris Letang scored 16 seconds apart late in regulation, and Marc- Andre Fleury stopped all three skaters he faced in the shootout in a memorable win for Dan Bylsma, who posted his 232nd victory as Penguins head coach to move past Eddie Johnson for the top spot in franchise history.

Fleury finished with 22 saves, and Evgeni Malkin and Brian Gibbons scored regulation goals in the club's third win in a row.

Vancouver dropped its fifth consecutive game despite scoring four straight goals to take a 4-2 lead late in the third.

Zack Kassian and Chris Higgins each had a goal and an assist, while Eddie Lack posted 31 saves in a losing effort.
