NHL Game Summary - Anaheim at Boston

Boston, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - Jarome Iginila scored the lone goal of the shootout, to send the Boston Bruins past the Anaheim Ducks by a 3-2 count at TD Garden.

Carl Soderberg recorded his first NHL goal and Zdeno Chara tied the score late in regulation for the Bruins, who put a two-game losing streak to rest.

Devante Smith-Pelly and Mathieu Perreault lit the lamp for the Ducks, who lost for the first time beyond regulation this season.

Tuukka Rask and Jonas Hiller both made 21 stops in the game's first 65 minutes, but the former received some luck to pick up the victory.

Iginla scored to start the second round with a wrister, then after Anaheim's Corey Perry and Soderberg traded misses, Rask was protected by iron when Ryan Getzlaf's chance clanged off the right post to end the contest in the hosts' favor.
