NHL Game Summary - Vancouver at Buffalo

Buffalo, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Roberto Luongo stopped all 25 shots he faced and Vancouver scored one goal in all three periods as the Canucks blanked the Buffalo Sabres, 3-0.

The Canucks dominated the game from the opening drop, out-shooting Buffalo 19-7 in the first period. Chris Higgins scored the first goal, Brad Richardson lit the lamp in the second and Ryan Stanton tallied the final goal midway through the third.

Vancouver has won three straight on the road.

Ryan Miller had 31 saves in a losing effort for the Sabres, who were coming off their first win of the season Tuesday against the Islanders.
