Report: Ex-NFLer Josh Morgan charged with misdemeanor reckless use of a firearm

Former NFL wide receiver Josh Morgan was charged with misdemeanor reckless use of a firearm after accidentally shooting himself, according to TMZ Sports.
Morgan reportedly was cleaning the gun when it fired on Jan. 31, per the report.
Police were called to Morgan's Virginia residence after responding to a report of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Morgan will reportedly need to appear in court in March.
The 30-year-old signed with the New Orleans Saints but was released prior to the 2015 season. Morgan also played for the San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins, and Chicago Bears.
