Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez will make his second straight start Thursday with Sam Bradford still nursing a separated shoulder.

Bradford, who is officially listed as questionable, passed concussion protocol but said Tuesday that his shoulder injury could keep him out against the Detroit Lions.

Sanchez completed 26-of-41 passes for 261 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions in the Eagles' 45-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
