Cardinals' Floyd returns to practice

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd returned to the practice field Wednesday after a hamstring injury forced him to sideline for last week's game.

Floyd will have to continue to make progress throughout the week, but participating in the team session is a step in the right direction toward potentially being available Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.

The 25-year-old enjoyed his most productive stretch of the season prior to the injury, recording 11 receptions for 219 yards and three touchdowns over a two-game span.

Fellow receiver John Brown was not participating in Wednesday's practice, but early week absences have been common as he continues to work through injuries to both hamstrings.
