The New England Patriots are bringing defensive end Lawrence Okoye and quarterback Jeff Tuel in for tryouts, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss.

Okoye competed in the discus for Great Britain during the 2012 Summer Olympics, and the San Francisco 49ers signed him in 2013. The defensive end was waived by the 49ers on Aug. 31.

Tuel is most famous for a brief stint with the Buffalo Bills. The 24-year-old was waived by the Jacksonville Jaguars on Aug. 29.

New England is reportedly also hosting wide receivers Marquez Clark and Nathan Palmer, running back Joe Don Duncan, fullback Joey Iosefa, defensive end Derrick Lott, and defensive tackle Jimmy Staten for tryouts, Weiss reports.
