49ers' Glenn Dorsey ruled out vs. Seahawks

San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey won't play Thursday against the Seattle Seahawks.

Dorsey has yet to play this season as he's recovering from a biceps tear suffered in the summer.

When he does return to the field, though, it will be a huge boost to a 49ers team trying to make a playoff push.
