Marshawn Lynch has given no indication that he's considering returning to football after retiring this offseason, but that hasn't stopped many from speculating that the former Seattle Seahawks running back will change his mind and decide to play in 2016.

Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman and defensive end Michael Bennett have both expressed doubt that the 30-year-old is truly done with football, however, wide receiver Doug Baldwin doesn't share his teammates' views.

"I'm most certain that he’s not coming back." Baldwin said Friday during an appearance on SiriusXM NFL radio.

The rumblings about Lynch's potential return likely stem from the fact he has yet to file his retirement papers.

However, Beast Mode rarely did things the way the NFL wanted him to during his career, so it's unlikely that he's yet to officially retire because he's eyeing a return, rather he's been too busy to do so.

The Seahawks have Lynch under contract for the next two seasons, but his $11.5 million and $12.5-million cap hits in 2016 and 2017, respectively, means that even if he did decide to return, it's uncertain if Seattle would want him back.
