Klitschko, Fury all business at weigh-in before clash in Germany
The scales have been tipped, and things are ready to go for Saturday's main event in Dusseldorf, Germany between Wladimir Klitschko and Tyson Fury, who will meet for the WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO heavyweight titles.
Fury weighed in at 17 stone, eight pounds, or 247 pounds, while Klitschko was a shade lighter at 17 stone, seven pounds, or 246 pounds.
Despite antics from Fury that included him entering a press conference dressed as Batman and a rendition of Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings" directed at Klitschko leading up to the fight, the weigh-in was all business as the most action featured a quiet, but intense staredown between the two heavyweights.
Klitschko enters the fight with a 64-3-0 record, last losing to Lamon Brewster 11 years ago, defending his titles against the undefeated 6-foot-9 Englishman Fury, who is 24-0-0 with 18 knockouts.
Saturday's contest at The Esprit Arena is scheduled to begin with Fury's walk to the ring at 9:55 p.m. UK time or 4:55 p.m. ET.
