Report: Lions work out veteran cornerback Aaron Ross

The Detroit Lions don't have many glaring needs, but the team's secondary could stand to be upgraded. This week, the team brought a veteran cornerback to town for a look.
Ross has spent six of his seven pro seasons with the New York Giants. A back injury limited him to just four games with Big Blue in 2013. In those games, he intercepted one pass and knocked away five others.
Ross once called the 2012 season, which he spent with the Jacksonville Jaguars, a "nice paid vacation." No word on where The Motor City ranks on his list of desired vacation destinations.
